Free Dragon Age Text Adventure Fills Gap Between Dragon Age 2 & Inquisition
Game developer Failbetter have announced a new, free browser game that will fill in all of the plot holes and gaps that were left at the end of Dragon Age 2. The game is called: Dragon Age: The Last Court a text based adventure.
Here is a brief synopsis that can be found on the Failbetter website: “In Dragon Age: The Last Court, you are the ruler of Serault: an eccentric fiefdom at the farthest ends of Orlais. As the Huntress or the Scholar you’ll guide your realm through the most crucial period in its history. Will its ancient Shame be forgiven? Or will Serault fall into obscurity?”
In game, you will manage your court and its affairs where you will get to choose a counsellor, a bodyguard and various other roles that are important to keeping the court alive. Moreover, it takes on that classic Dragon Age system where you will be able to make choices that will greatly impact your court and your subjects, prioritising threats you deem to be more important than others. Earning Serault a reputation for it’s dignity or its freedom.
You may meet characters from previous Dragon Age games as well as meeting new characters.
The Last Court will be a part of the Dragon Age Keep a free web app that allows players to customize a historical background to the Dragon Age universe based on the choices made in Dragon Age: Origins and Dragon Age 2.
