Roku Unveils Handy New Search Feature

In which streaming your favorite shows gets even easier.

For most of us, streaming shows isn’t just a matter of one or two sources. There are loads of places to find good content, and searching all of them is frankly a pain. Roku has just announced a feature that will add a whole lot of convenience and a lot less time to the process, though. With the new Roku search feature, you can search through everything from  Netflix and Amazon streaming to Hulu Plus, VUDU, Crackle, and HBOGo all at the same time.

 

Simply access the search feature, enter the title you are looking for, and Roku will show you all of the channels it is available on. From there, it’s a click of a button to choose a channel and watch your show. The new search feature is compatible with the Roku 2, Roku HD, Roku Streaming Stick, Roku LT, and even with the iOs and Android apps. Check out the video on the new feature below:
