TimeSplitters Rewind May Release on PlayStation 4
Remember TimeSplitters Rewind? It’s the fan-made semi-remake of the old TimeSplitters games that has been given the officiel blessing of Crytek. Well, should Crytek agree, it will be released on the PlayStation 4, in addition to the PC.
Cyrtek’s approval seems to be the only obstacle at this point, as the team is currently already working on the port. Project lead Michael Hubicka has even hinted at the plan to allow cross-platform multiplayer between the PC and PS4, togglable by the server’s admin.
As for an Xbox One port, Hubicka says they’re waiting to learn more about Microsoft’s indie policy before they make a decision.
