Watch Dogs release date – 4 bundles – PS4 DLC update all revealed

Watch Dogs, or indeed Watch_Dogs as the signage on the box has it, has finally been given a release date. Set for “world wide” release on November 22nd the game will actually hit store shelves in the US on November 19th, EU on November 21st and the UK on November 22nd.

Watch Dogs is also set to ship in four different bundles – Dedsec, Vigilante, Special Edition and UPlay exclusive.

Included in the Dedsec Edition (available at selected retailers):

- A 23cm Aiden Pearce Figurine
- Steelbook
- DedSec Collector box
- Watch_Dogs Artbook: artworks and illustrations that inspired the game
- Original soundtrack of the game
- Watch_Dogs map of Chicago
- Set of 4 collectible cards: discover Watch_Dogs iconic characters through augmented reality
- Set of 3 exclusive badges
- 3 single-player missions called “The Palace Pack” (police raid scenario) – Signature Shot (level gun only works for the first person who finds it)-Breakthrough Pack (Drive around Chicago intercepting devices).

The Vigilante Edition (available from GAME in the UK and Gamestop in Ireland)

- Vigilante Collector box
- Aiden Pearce’s cap
- Aiden Pearce’s mask
- Original soundtrack of the game
- 3 single-player missions called “The Palace Pack” (police raid scenario) – Signature Shot (level gun only works for the first person who finds it)-Breakthrough Pack (Drive around Chicago intercepting devices).

The Uplay Exclusive Edition is only from Ubisoft’s Uplay website, comes in a steeelbook case and features all three pieces of additional content. The Special Edition features the Breakthrough Pack mission as it’s bonus feature.

Eurogamer, speaking today of the announced PS3 exclusive content for Watch Dogs and it’s applicability to PS 4 owners, caught up with a Ubi PR rep who stated:

“We can confirm that customers who will purchase Watch Dogs on PlayStation 3 or PlayStation 4 will be able to download 60 minutes of additional gameplay via the PlayStation Network after the game’s launch. As of now, we have no more details to share.”
