Horde 4 Charity announce 48hr Borderlands 2 session
Horde 4 Charity – a largely Dundee based collection of developers from several gaming companies – has announced they will be playing a 48 hour marathon session of Borderlands 2 to raise money and awareness for the Skylight Miscarriage Organisation.
The group also performed a 48 hour session last year, playing the horde mode of Gears of War on Insane non-stop. This was also to raise money for Skylight, a relatively new local charity co-founded by Horde 4 Charity member Alistair Cowen that seeks to help those who have suffered miscarriages, providing support for both women and men involved.
The group promises to stream the eight players’ attempt to complete the game twiceover in the two days. [The group’s rather spartan page is here; their more active Facebook group page is here]
The session is due to start tomorrow (Friday 16th) at 9am GMT.
