The Humble Bundle Comes To eBooks

Pay what you want; read for long time.

The Humble Bundle has been a fantastic tool for getting recognition for indie games developers, not to mention providing gamers with a whole lot of gaming for a price they can afford. And now, Humble Bundle is taking that concept to the ebook forum. It should be an interesting experiment to see how well this concept performs in a different area.

The concept is simple: the bundle contains eight different digital books, worth around $52 if purchased separately. You not only set the price you’ll pay for these books, you can also set how the money you pay is divided. You can donate any or all of your purchase price to any combination of authors, charity, or Humble Bundle itself. It’s a great idea.

The books included in this Humble eBook Bundle are as follows:

  • Pirate Cinema
  • Pump Six & Other Stories
  • Zoo City
  • Invasion: The Secret World Chronicle
  • Stranger Things Happen
  • Magic For Beginners
  • Old Man’s War
  • Signal To Noise

You can check out and/or purchase the bundle here. It works in a variety of different formats, and should be completely compatible with your ereader of choice.
